"As far as joint wellness: I use Biocell, liquid collagen. I’ve used all 4 versions. They all help my joints the same but prefer the Pure for the calories. "After working in the massage and bodywork industry for over 17 years I was starting to feel the wear and tear on my body and particularly the joints in my hands and wrists. By the end of my work week, my wrists would be swollen and so sore that I didn't want to move them. I was constantly trying to "pop" them and find some sort of relief from the pain and soreness that just wouldn't go away. I tried all kinds of over the counter medications and supplements but nothing seemed to work to give me any real lasting relief.
I was introduced to Biocell by my friend and mentor Debby Hendrickson. While I was understandably skeptical at first I decided to give it a try, after all, what did I have to lose? After about three weeks of being on the Biocell, I started to notice some subtle changes in the intensity and frequency of the pain and a small but noticeable reduction in the swelling in my wrists and fingers.
